Like new! Absolutely pristine unit. Towed directly from the dealer to our prepared pad where we stayed while our cabin was being built. Spent less than 120 nights in the unit. No pets, no smoking. Spacious and beautiful modern interior. Central vac (never used). Will include cutlery and some cookware, etc. All user manuals, etc. There is a drawer dishwasher we used a few times, but locked on use occasion. We did not purchase the washer/dryer unit, so there is ample closet space. Unit was professionally winterized and opened again this season.
