We purchased this RV from its previous owner who used it one time by towing it to Florida and back. We needed it at the time for our grandmother who passed away before she could move into it. Because of this we have not used it at all and it has been sitting for the past few months in our parking lot. It is very clean on the inside, and has zero wear or use on interior appliances or any of the furniture, kitchen table.

The fireplace also works well and supplies good heat - is controlled by remote. The awning is functioning and operated by the control panel at the entrance. Wi-Fi connection on your phone allows to operate this and lights also.

There is also a solar charger that keeps the battery charged that operates the lights, stove ignition, and slides.
