Comes with upgraded stairs for entry front and back. Kitchen has good size fridge with stove and microwave and a farmers sink. Plenty of storage. comes equipped with a jenson in-house stereo that plays music inside and out of camper. Under the 20Foot power awning has a Flat screen TV mount and speakers built into the side of camper for watching tv outside under the awning. Kids love it.
Camper has AC central air and heat. 4 leather heated and massage recliners with built in Blue LED lights. Kitchen and living area has Blue LED lights
Roof is in great shape. Bathroom is spacious with good size shower and good size sink with vanity and mirror. Master bedroom has Queen mattress which was purchased new in 2023 with storage under the bed and his and her closet on each side of the bed. Flat screen mount included in bedroom with phone charging ports through out the camper

The garage has a stow away queen bed that is controlled by an electric chain system that stows the bed to the ceiling. There is also 2 leather seats that turn into a queen bed as well. the outside of the camper siding is gel siding they call it so it's smooth not like other campers that have ripples in the siding. Camper has back up camera but the previous owner kept his monitor. So you would need to get a new monitor to have the rear camera work. Camper tires and wheels are in great shape.
