2018 Forest River RV Rockwood Mini Lite 2304,This Rockwood Mini Lite 2304 by Forest River is a great travel trailer for a weekend away.As you enter to your left there is a dinette with overhead cabinets along the curb side wall, and an entertainment center above the interior wall.In the rear bathroom you will find a radius shower, linen cabinet, and a toilet on the left side, plus a wardrobe, and sink with medicine cabinet above on the right side.In the kitchen area there is a pantry, refrigerator, three burner range, microwave, double kitchen sink, and flip-up counter extension along the road side wall.The front bedroom offers a queen bed, dual wardrobes and nightstands, plus overhead storage. You can even choose a sofa and Murphy bed option in place of the queen bed if you like.Outside be sure to enjoy the shade from the 15' power awning, cooking your favorite camp meals on the gas grill, and the storage provided by the exterior compartments. We replaced all tires last August, only one trip to Maine since replacement. This camper also has a brand new never used outside gas grill along with an installed back up camera. This unit is in excellent condition, nothing is wrong with it and it is ready for camping now. The only reason we are selling is that we recently upgraded to an RV.
