It’s 30 years old, it has a few issues:
-small spots on the carpet (would probably come out if cleaned)
-the big awning has a 8” tear but works fine
-one of the small awnings needs the retractor bar fixed
-awning over the slideout is gone, can be ordered to fit, doesn’t leak with slideout in/out
-hot water heater lights and runs but doesn’t really warm up much, thermostat maybe, easily accessible on the outside
-outdoor sink/shower faucet snapped off, I have a new one, no leak unless you open the knobs.

Runs great, regularly serviced. We’ve dry camped for 6-7 days with our 2 kids in the middle of nowhere or pull into a campground and connect to all the hookups. Comes with pots/pans, silverware, cooking utensils, cleaning products, bedding, etc…I plan on trying to fix some of those items if time permits. All reasonable offers considered.
