Rock solid construction with great features. I have a clear title in hand for purchaser. No waiting on title. Perfect for couples and small families. Everything on this RV is in great working order. Actually have not had a problem with RV. Love the Murphy Bed. Has lots of room when stowed while traveling and stowed when RV is set up at a site. Lots of room to move around. Can even get to the bathroom while on the road traveling. Just finished a trip to Southern California to visit grand daughter, Las Vegas and Grand Canyon in May. Over head cab is great for sleeping 2 large adults or use for extra storage. I averaged 10 MPG on the trip but on short trips it averages around 9.8 mpg.
I have added Safe T Plus Steering Control/ Stabilizer and Front Sway Bar. This makes the RV drive and handle much better than the way it came from factory. I will also include a Blue Ox tow bar for flat towing. We towed a 2014 Honda CRV when we need a car. It's equipped with tire pressure monitor that is very accurate, checked against my reg air gauge.
Outside entertainment center , grill and refrigerator have never been used. Awning works as great but I scraped it when it was in the closed positions and dented wthe roll up tube. Does not affect the operation. Front windshield has a small rock peck that was on it when I bought from dealer. I had them do a rock chip repair rather than replace the windshield. If you notice it, it looks like a drop of water about the size of BB. That it for any flaws.
The 2 air conditioners work great, only use one at a time mostly and rotate their use. Love the fire place in winter, really adds to the charm.
I have had 2 gas Class A and this C Class. The C Class is by far much better us. Less noise ,better MPG, easy to get around in and park. Hate to give up camping and traveling but life circumstances happens. It is what it is. Contact me anytime and I'll try and get back to you quick. Has always been stored under cover and serviced per Ford requirements using Ford oil and filter. Still under Ford Warranty 3 year or 36,000 miles bumper to bumper on the E450 and 60,000 miles on engine and power train. Lots of time and miles left on the E450. If your looking for a great RV that's not at a dealer that was traded in or sold to a dealer this is the one. Save lots of time looking and money.
