This trailer has been amazing for our family of 5. We have been the sole owner. We have used it at campgrounds with full hookups as well as dry camping with ease. It is in good condition with normal wear and tear for being 6 years old. Everything works well. The black tank "spray-clean" feature is amazing and has kept the toilet system very clean. We put $2000 into basic upkeep last summer (e.g. weatherstripping/sealant on all roof seems, new wheel bearings, new faucet connections, greased all mechanical items, checked all major water, sewer, electric, air systems, etc.) Put tape on the awning this summer to keep it from tearing.
