2012 Northern Lite 8’11”
Sunroof over the sleeper leaked.  I installed a new hatch and tore out any bad material on the bed.  I put down Cedar and sealed it.   
Refrigerator works perfectly    150 W solar panel with charger   Furnace has had some glitches and may need to be replaced at some point.  
Kitchen window needs to be replaced at some point it has a crack.  They were on lengthy backorder.
It’s a little project for somebody, but won’t take that much to get it back to being 100%.
