Description
In this dependable and comfortable BTouring Cruiser Gulf Stream RV, we have traveled these beautiful United States of America for 10+ years making lasting memories but it's time to sell it to a new family (possibly yours) who want to create new memories and set out on great adventures of your own. With regular yearly maintenance, a new battery and six brand new Good Year tires, you can just get in a go.
- The interior has upgrades; bathroom faucets, shower head, shelving, hooks, flatscreen TV/Cable and Internet ready. And, the upgraded camper queen matteress is heavenly sleeping.
- There is lots of room to walk around inside the RV while on the road to prepare a sandwich, grab some water from the auto/propane/AC power fridge, etc. Bring along your hotspot and work from the road in comfort. When you are parked the living room slide out provides even more interior space.
- Cooking/Meal Prep: We grilled outside alot but fixed side dishes inside. There's a double bowl sink with covers and lots of counterspace for meal prep, mixing cocktails/mocktails. The Microwave/Convection Oven Combo is ready to bake, warm, or cook anything. The three burner propane gas stove is an option too!
- Maintained: The interior of this RV has been very well maintained and detail cleaned every season. With the ladder on the back it's been easy for us to seal the roof every two years so there are no leaks and we keep it under a pavilion year round, when it's not on the road.
- Sleeping: The upgraded camper queen is ideal for two adults any height. The sleep sofa is best for two children or adults under 5' if you want to stretch out. Our adult children sleep on the sofa one to two nights without complaining :)
- Storage: There is ample storage inside, his/hers closets in the bedroom and several garage storage (one pass thru great for storing camp chairs, cooler, grill, etc.)
- Dry Camping: We have dry camped for up to one full week in this RV. Use water sparingly, the onboard generator power and dump black/gray tanks on the way out or at any KOA Campground for a small fee.
- Camp Ground Options: Being 28' length, we've always been able to find a spot large enough on short notice/same day.
- Outdoor Living: The awning is manual, sturdy and easy to operate. It's a great picnic area or resting place returning from a hike.
- HVAC: The AC/Fan cools great in the summer but the heat/furnace doesn't work. We use a space heater if we camp in cooler weather.
- Exterior: has a few scratches and road wear.
