1972 Revcon 250

Nicknamed "Rudy". It's with reluctance that I'm selling this beautiful vintage machine that has been in the family for 20 years. I don't have the time or lifestyle to use it as it should be.

RevCon was started by John Hall, the stepson of Airstream’s founder, Wally Byam. John’s idea was to add the Oldsmobile 455 motor and front-wheel-drive transmission (from the Toronado) to this iconic riveted 6061 aircraft aluminum body.

Rudy runs and drives great. Always starts. I recently did a 450-mile trip and it did fantastic.

Most recently I've replaced all the tires including the spare, all fluids, and fuel lines. New fuel pump. The fuel tank dropped, cleaned, and repainted, sending unit replaced. New house batteries.

The interior is mostly original including appliances. It has the original Onan generator.

I found one minor softball-sized spot of moisture on the floor in the bathroom after a Oregon winter, but no leak since moving to Idaho.

I've never driven anything like it. You're guaranteed to get at least one thumbs up every time you hit the road!
