It has the office underneath the bunk area with a removable table and a flip down single bunk and full tri-fold couch. The couch in the living room is also a tri-fold. The dining table is set as two but pulls out to 4.  2 spare chairs are packed away. Walk in shower with beautiful pedestal sink.  Full storage under sink in cabinet. 4 for cupboards in the bathroom next to the shower with more storage. The kitchen island has a beautiful pull out cutting board counter.  The stove is a full-size 4 burner stove upgrade. 3 televisions, fireplace, ceiling fans, and lots of storage. There are so many extras and perks for a family to enjoy. The refrigerator is a gas/electricity run one, so no special hook up is necessary. It comes with 3 new 40 lbs tanks.
