This luxury RV is in excellent condition. Extra A/C in bedroom, bathroom vent upgraded to Maxxair, top of the line foam queen mattress, and a factory-installed residential refrigerator. Kept on a seasonal RV lot, so there is no wear from being on the road. This unit has the upgraded seating, so no problems with peeling or wear. You often hear about quality problems with new trailers, but we haven't had any such problems. This is a solid, quality unit.
We loved our time in this RV, and with retirement we want to travel more but don't want to purchase a large tow vehicle. We would consider making this a turn-key sale to include rugs, bedding, dishes, deck chairs, etc.
