2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 245RL - One owner, we bought new in July 2022. The tires have been upgraded to Goodyear Endurance in April 2023 as well as added vent covers to the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen vents. The unit is equipped with two entries with the rear entry into the living area that has solid entry steps. It is also equipped with a solar panel, tri-fold sofa, 78" theater seating and an adjustable height moveable table. The unit tows well with a 1/2 Ton truck. We currently have an extended warranty on the unit that is transferable to the new owner. If the warranty is not wanted, we can negotiate price. For towing, we utilized the Equalizer weight distribution hitch. The hitch is negotiable as well. The only reason for selling is due to us upgrading to a larger 5th wheel. We have had no issues with the unit, everything works as it should.
