Description
1.5 bath, 4 bunks, sleeps 7-8. Second owner. READY for immediate use, because we are including a ton of bonus items and upgrades. The unit interior was cusomized by the previous owner and it is really cozy feeling. You won't find a bunk room like this one--I built custom shelves into each bunk and added curtains for privacy. All pictured decorations are included. If you are headed to a warm climate, you will also appreciate my custom insulated/reflective slide wrappers--we survived Florida summer and they helped a LOT!
Included extras:
- Master/bath: Queen memory foam mattress (has room for king), fan mounted on closet, custom wall paint and headboard, upgraded shower head
-Kitchen/living room: custom paint/wood trim, residential fridge, toaster, couch (previous owner replaced original), 2 chairs, sliding barn door to bedroom, added flip-up tables to island (these help so much with meals/cooking)
- Bunkhouse: 4 memory foam mattresses, shelves in each bunk area (one pink, one camo, and one wood stain), curtain rods & curtains, custom ladder to get into fold-down bunk, reflective window covers
- 2 small dehumidifiers
- washer/dryer (did not use)
- Pathway X2 satelite dish & 2 Wally receivers (included, but did not use - paid $300)
- Retractable ladder (paid $120)
- Washing bucket & brush
- Electrical: 50A power cord, 50A to 30A and 30A to 20A converters, 50' 20A extension cord, Camco 50A surge protector (paid $100)
- Hoses: pressure regulator, 2-way hose splitter, quick disconnect black rinse, 100' utility, 25' fresh, 25' black rinse, custom PEX pipe to unclog black tanks
- Clearsource Premier water filter (paid $400)
- MaxxAir vent covers (3) let you open vents in rain
- Bathroom/kitchen vent insulated plugs (3)
- Weboost cell signal booster (previous owner installed and used it, we did not)
Previous owner spent $4k fixing some hydraulic leaks and misc issues; we repaced the heater control board & hyd pump dual polarity solenoid. Everything works to the best of my knowledge.
