Hi there. I purchased this RV two years ago. It was the perfect size for me, but other than that things needed to be upgraded and changed. First, I insulated the entire drivers compartment and carpeted it to block engine noise and heat (what a difference). I tore out the back bedroom and put in a double bed. This freed up the entire left side and made it possible to install a washer/dryer and much more storage. I do have all of the original hardware, cushions and tables should you want to change it back to the original floorplan. The coffee table in the living area flips up to use as a dining table. I also added a 2,000W solar system and brand new 2,000W inverter/converter. I added dish racks over the sink to make dishwashing easier. The racks also provide for additional storage for things you use everyday. The pantry cabinet now has pull our drawers and interior lighting. I painted many of the walls and cabinet doors a medium beige color because the original dark wood made it too dark. Also, in the kitchen I made room for and installed a pull out wastebasket that takes a 13 gallon trash bag (no more running to the dumpster every day with your walmart bag). In the bathroom I made room for additional storage, added a new medicine cabinet door, and a towel rack in the shower (made from Montana driftwood). New tires 9,000 miles ago, 2 brand new deep cycle TV batteries were installed last month. All in all this is a great RV that I have enjoyed immensly for the past two years. The exterior has some scratches and dings but overall looks OK. I am selling because I've become a rockhound, at the ripe old age of 71 and need something bigger.
