This is a very well maintained travel trailer. i do a llot of traveling and I have used it for both work and play since I purchased it 2019. I have added several upgrades to the model package to include: ac unit in bathroom, glass shower door, Lippert solid steps at rear entry, folding entry handle at rear entry, SteadyFast RV Stabalizers so there is no shake when entering or exiting the trailer. Main AC Unit was replaced in June of 2022 and the awning was replaced in April of 2023. The tongue jack was upgraded in August of 2020 to a Husky HB4500 wich has a load rating of 4500lbs.
