Camper is in good condition. Comes setup with two twenty pound LP tanks. Has in indoor toilet/shower as well as outdoor shower. Lifting is controlled by four 2500 Lb. Rieco-Titan Electric camper jacks. Inside is setup with A/C unit as well as LP heat. Refrigerator can run on either electric or gas.
Camper is factory wired for both rear and side awning options.
