Description

2014 Heartland North Trail 33-TBUDS

You will love traveling with your family in this spacious and convenient North Trail. The interior has recently been remodeled farm-house style with a durable vinyl plank flooring, reupholstered curtains and seat cushions, and a white interior to brighten up the space. The trailer has low mileage and has been covered for most of its life. The tires were replaced three years ago and only have 4500 miles on them. The roof membrane on the front left side is not properly sealed and had a small interior leak into the master bedroom wardrobe cabinet. There is very minor damage to the wall paneling located on the inside of the left wardrobe cabinet. The roof has since been covered and there has been no additional water intrusions. Our pricing factors in the cost for a roof repair.

There is so much to get excited about, like a king size slide-out in the main living space, a kitchen island, an outdoor camp kitchen, and a bunkhouse room for the kids.

Enter and find the master bedroom up front featuring a queen size bed, overhead storage, nightstands and shirt wardrobes on either side. In the main kitchen and living room space you have the large slide-out with a dinette and a sofa with overhead cabinets above it. The dinette and sofa can each be converted into beds. There is a wall mounted TV located in the living room.

Cook your favorite meals and snacks easily in the kitchen with refrigerator, three burner range, oven, and a kitchen island with double sink for cleanup. There is also overhead cabinets, drawers and cabinets below for storage, and a small pantry located just off the dinette slide. The bathroom features a convenient shower, toilet, and vanity with sink. The rear is where the kids will want to hang out. There is a small dinette with a table that can be converted into a bed on the right. On the opposite side you will find two bunks and storage space underneath and pantry for hanging clothes and jackets, plus cabinets at the end with a shelf for a TV. Outdoors beneath the bunks there is a camp kitchen with a grill, counter space and space for a mini refrigerator.
