I am the third owner of this 5th wheel and the unit is still working great. A brand new toilet, shower faucet and handle, outer plastic vents, along with top weather stripping for slide-outs. Brand new never slept on mattress, all ready for her next adventure seeker :) It comes with numerous accessories: cold weather heated water hose, rubber and plastic stacking cubes for long-term parking, parking blocks, clear valve for the black water system, and many more.
