Maxxfan turn knob froze up during stay near Sierra Mtn, therefore the Rainguard lid will not close - but it never LEAKED as I stayed/lived in this van 24/7 from Jan -June 2023 in Carson City, Nevada area. Maxxfann Work Very Well on All Speeds intake/exhaust flow. I just wrapped the fan from the roof with plastic & tape during the snow/winter months - No Problem & No Leaks.

Everything was built by hand and screws. It can be easily remodeled. Counter Top and Shelves built with Birch plywood. Plenty of Storage within the shelves and under the bed. Inside height is 4'11.
