WHERE?
Parked on a beautiful site at Camp Catskills RV Park that includes a pool, hot tub, hiking trails, and more. Surrounded by nature but only 10 min away from the drive-in, pizza place, and a grocery store. Close to the towns of Coxsackie and Athens and the village of Catskill.

CAN PETS GO CAMPING?
Pets are allowed at the campground and they have a dog run.

CAN I GO IN WINTER?
Technically, the campground is year-round but the season for the pool, etc. is April through October. The fall foliage is beautiful. We have always winterized it (closed for winter) and can show you how to do that. Fully heated for cooler spring and fall nights.

RV/TRAILER NEWBIE?
If you've never had an RV/trailer, we can teach you how to maintain it in about an hour (it's pretty easy). There are also very knowledge and kind managers on the site who can help you out.

WHY ARE YOU SELLING IT?
Our family has so many wonderful memories from this place. With aging parents and other commitments, we need to be closer to the city right now. But it's really awesome.

CAN I RENT IT OUT?
FYI, we aren't allowed to do private Airbnb or short-term rentals because the campground has their own rentals. This is actually a good thing because it reduces the number of random people and helps create community.
