This trailer has been meticulously cleaned and taken care of. It was purchased in July of 2022. We (me, my wife, 2 young daughters) used it from 09/12/2022 to 11/08/2022 as a family while I was travel nursing. We then winterized it until I used it, solely, again from 02/20/2023 until 4/10/2023 as essentially my bed while I was on another travel nursing contract and my family lived at home. Includes:Weight distribution and sway control hitch installed ($1200 value)5-year extended warranty that has 4 years left on it. Transferable gap warranty if you are purchasing using a lending agency.

2 slide outs allow for an open floor plan that allows for multiple people to enjoy the entire trailer without feeling cramped. There is an indoor/outdoor sound system and outdoor awning to allow for guests to enjoy company while steaks are being grilled using the outdoor kitchen’s flattop grill. The trailer is 40’ long and sleeps 10 comfortably. The A/C works tremendously well with airducts to carry air to the bunkhouse and master bed -floor ducts in the floor also carry gas heated air throughout the trailer. Multiple USB and power outlets throughout the trailer, including at the sleeping areas. Storage space is not an issue with this trailer. There are so many cabinets and drawers as well as large closets, that a family of 4 could comfortably move in full time and not lack sufficient space to store belongings. The bed in the master bedroom is a newly purchased queen-sized foam mattress -used only with a mattress cover on it.The only reason we are selling this trailer is because a drastic change in our family has occurred, and I no longer have the luxury of time to use it. Whomever buys this trailer will be the happier owner of many fun and love filled memories created while using this trailer.
