Reluctantly we are selling our 311BHS, life changes and kids schedules are dictating the next journey we will be taking, and sadly we need to say goodbye to camping for now. Our loss could be your gain! I am the original owner. The trailer has been stored under covered storage its entire life, since we brought it home it has only seen direct exposure to sunlight and other natural elements approx 100 days. We use it about 6 to 8 weekends a year and truly love it. There was a small punch list of items I had taken care of during the first year of ownership (pretty normal), but nothing out of the ordinary or serious when it comes to purchasing a new trailer. All slides, electronics, plumbing, etc. have always worked perfectly and the trailer has never had any accidents or damage. That said I wanted a little extra assurance since this trailer was a significant purchase for me so I bought an extended warranty. The new owner of this trailer will have the advantage of getting a FULLY TRANSFERABLE CornerStone United warranty which covers all critical systems in the trailer until 3/26/2026! Here is a list of items we have added over time I intend to include in the sale which have significant value as well as other important details about our trailer:

• Added under belly sewer hose holder, trailer only came with 1 originally.
• 7-inch Furrion Vision camera system with rear and side cameras (see pics).
• Replaced entry door frosted glass with clear tinted glass with integrated shade.
• Maxx Air vent covers on all fans, there are 4.
• MorRyde 50 amp cord reel (see pics).
• Valterra external sewer gate valve added.
• Custom removable wood ladder in bunk room.
• Lippert tension arm for transport for dinette chairs (see pics).
• Replaced outside stove with second storage drawer, ordered direct from Grand Design. If you have not heard the stock outside stoves these trailers come with are useless, an additional drawer works well in its place in the outside kitchen.
• Upgraded entrance door handle with large drop handle.
• A fully transferable CornerStone United warranty covers the trailer through 3/26/2026.
• Axle service was completed in the fall of 2022 prior to winter storage.
• Caulk refresh completed spring of 2023 as well as replacement of perimeter finishing strips under the front cap.
