2020 Excellent condition - not used very much at all. Great porch/deck with rails that are great for young kids or Pets. 

Lots of extras… large deck/ramp with screened in extras and deck railings. (2) captains chairs, extra motorized double bed above dining booth in cargo area , 40 gallon fuel station which also doubles as the gas tank for the onboard electric power generator. 140 gallon freshwater tank 60 gallon gray water tank and 60 gallon black water tank. Outdoor shower, outdoor entertainment center,  oven with three burner, gas top stove, and also convection microwave and large gas or electric  refrigerator. Power stabilizer and levelers…….lots of extras that will be included that are too numerous to list but all totaling about $5000.
