As you will see from the floor plan, this is a bunk house unit with a master bedroom (we added a 3 inch memory foam). It is in excellent condition. We really like the outdoor kitchen which is under the 19 foot awning and almost never cook inside. We are non smokers and no pets. This unit is rated for extended season camping and has ducted heat and air and we have always been very comfortable while camping. It has power stabilizers and is a dual axel unit with four new tires. It comes with a full cover and wheel covers and with a load leveling hitch. We have replaced the factory steps with solid steps (which you can see in the pictures) and we are including sewer and water hoses and a set of leveling blocks. We are selling the unit because we want to move to a drivable unit.
