After looking at other units I considered that I was asking too much, so I dropped the price to $65000. It's great weather for camping and this unit is ready to go.
Save money and have a like new RV. Only 4,200 miles and very well cared for. I have worked in the trades for my whole life, so if it needed fixed, I fixed it the right way. This unit had minor water damage over the cab when we purchased. I removed all damage and replaced, then sealed the roof. We upgraded to a 170AH Lithium battery, 40 amp controller and 2000W inverter, all from Renogy. Everything works as it should. Water pump, 6 gallon water heater gas/electric, refrigerator gas/electric, cook top and oven gas. We used it for short getaways to Harvest Hosts close by. This is a "need to see" if you are looking for something with minimal setup and teardown. Located in Clarinda Iowa, but delivery could be available for a fee, upon purchase.
