This lovingly maintained 2017 Flagstaff HW27KS Popup camper is perfect for a young family wanting to do some “real” camping while still having all the amenities of a travel trailer. High wall popup has very tall ceilings and full height counters. Comes equipped with a 26 gallon fresh water tank, 12 gallon grey tank and 12 gallon black tank, as well as a real bathroom (not a cassette toilet). Front bunk is king sized, rear bunk is queen sized. Slide-out dinette has seating for 5 or 6 and can be converted into additional sleeping space. Has furnace, air conditioner, water heater, and plug-in mattress heaters for each bed. Includes bunk lights for each bed and a combination fand and light for the dinette. Outside is a slide out kitchen and grill. This camper has many unique customized upgrades and extras, including:

• Bunk steps rebuilt to make them extra sturdy and provide extra storage.
• Removable / collapsible hanging pantry above the sink.
• Reflective sheeting under the mattresses to keep in heat on those chilly nights.
• Bike carrier.
• Storage tray over the tongue, used for hauling a portable generator, but can also be used for hauling games or scooters.
• Outside steps are removable to prevent damage during travel.

Tires were replaced in 2021. Lift system was serviced in 2021 and recently lubricated. Several bearings on the slide out have been replaced.

This camper has provided our family with some wonderful memories, but we have outgrown it and we will be sad to see it go. It has served us well, following us to many interesting destinations. We hope this can build memories for your family, too.
