We bought this trailer to haul horse drawn carts to the carriage auctions. It has never been lived in full time. Used about 5 or 6 times a year. Always parked inside building. The trailer shows average wear. The vinyl flooring under the refrig has a small rip. Upgraded to ceramic toilet. Huge garage about 20 feet long. 2 enclosed patios, 2 air conditioners, rv king bed delyxe mattress in bedroom. Tires excellent , full bathroom, shower, sink , etc.
