BRAND NEW RECLINERS installed in July 2023 (1 week ago as of date of this posting). Recliners have never been used! With only about 18,500 miles, this unit is a perfect size - fits well in almost any camp site yet still has all the conveniences - kitchen, living area, dining area, bdrm, bath and shower.

Make family memories and/or snowbird in comfort. Tons of storage space!

My husband is meticulous and has always kept up on all maintenance, washing, monthly running of generator, tires covered when not in use, etc., etc. to keep in tip top shape.

We are original owners and this has NEVER been smoked in. Jayco is well known and appreciated for its J-Ride suspension system giving it a smooth ride and handling on the road.

Many minor convenience upgrades added to this unit for additional comfort including:

- an added 15 amp circuit that doesn't draw power from the campers 30 amp line. This is convenient for running appliances (such as Instant Pot, Air Fryer while running A/C to avoid blowing fuse or running a Space heater instead of the furnace to save on propane).

- BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW RECLINERS - yeah i know i mentioned this but so nice and comfortable! These replaced the super uncomfortable jackknife sofa that comes standard.

- Installed stabilizer jacks - Gutter extensions to prevent rainwater from running down sides of coach

- Bedroom TV added (doesn't come standard)

- Extendable TV Mount added to TV in Main living area so you can pull it out more in line with vision when sitting on recliners (sure saves on neck strain!)

- Tire Covers

-RV Leveler Pro - works with bluetooth and app on your phone to tell you exactly where you need to adjust for fast leveling.

- Mounted circulator fan in refrigerator to alleviate condensation, keep food fresher longer.

- Addition of electric lights in bedroom closet and roomy overhead cabinets so you can actually see your clothes and stuff you may have piled in there. :)

- New very comfortable upgraded queen mattress in bedroom - only used 4 months and ALWAYS with a covered mattress protector.

- MaxxAir Roof Vent covers (so you can leave roof vents open without worrying about rain coming in
