The Pinnacle is Jayco's top-of-the-line fifth-wheel and this 38 FLSA (front-living room) floorplan is a favorite! The front living room is very unique and feels like home!

Upgraded in 2021 with Precision Temp Jr. tankless water and hydronic heating system. At the time this was a $6000 upgrade. We have lived in this Pinnacle through two Montana winters with no issues thanks to this heater!

-Precision Temp Jr. furnance/tankless water heater provides unlimited hotwater for showers.
-Two A/C units.
-6-point leveling system
-Washer/Dryer hookups
-Residential Samsung twin-cool refrigerator
-Cummins 5500 Generator
-55" flatscreen TV

This fifth-wheel has been well maintained. With that being said, there are a couple issues we would like to make you aware of.

-The leather on the loveseats in the living room is peeling away (see pictures). The couches are in good shape.
-Our puppy (Mini Australian Sheppard) has chewed the legs of the chairs at the dinnette and a couple trim pieces (see pictures).
-Missing trim piece above the refrigerator.
-The power cord reel is non-operational. The power cord has been rewired to bypass the reel so no issues there. but when it comes time to put the cord away you gotta do it the old fashioned way (unless you fix the reel).
