Well-maintained unit. Used it enough to work out manufactures kinks. When not in use, it is under an awning to protect it from weather. All appliances and equipment are operational and ready to camp. There are a few places from road travel on the nose, but overall, great shape. 5 tvs are in the unit. 1 outdoors and 4 indoors. The king bed is a sleep number and you can adjust the firmness of the bed.
