SO MANY HUGE UPGRADES!! Truma on demand water heater! Never run out of hot water ever! RV CHEAP HEAT! Run heat off electric instead of propane. No propane costs and no winterizing! Stackable washer and dryer with in between storage for detergent! Extra TVs added! All three bunk pads! Any additional perfectly fitted shelves, dresser drawers and storage bins along with any decor wanted can be included! Roof has been sealed as directed and exterior washed and buffed as directed. This trailer has been moved one time (about 1000 feet) to a close by campground spot. Otherwise no moving so no wear and tear on tires or towing or interior from moving. We have used this camper at a permanent campground spot as a part time vacation camper.

Purchasing new or used, I would want to be informed of any known issues so I will include any pictures of imperfections I can and offer any information or quotes that I have. There are no known necessity items needed for repair. Non necessity repairs known. Bathtub/shower leaked and caused bathroom ripple. (Pictured) Bathtub has since been sealed. Pleather has nicks from a visiting kitten. :-( (Pictured) One recliner needs a new motor. Second awning needs a part and I have a quote (around $300 for mobile repair, less for on site) fireplace needs a battery or fuse replacement. I have info for that as well.
