5th Wheel in excellent condition. 1.5 bathrooms. King bed in the front. Queen and Full bunkbeds in the rear. Tons of storage with a payload of 3,367 lbs. We have added many extras to the camper to include: Washer/Dryer Combo, 5 tank heaters, insulation under rear bunk, furrion backup camera, upgraded foam king mattress, Carlisle HD tires, keyless entry on both doors, 2 tv's. We removed 3 of the recliners to add a table. We still have the recliners. The camper has 1 49 gallon fresh tank, 2 35 gallon black tanks and 2 35 gallon gray tanks. Also have 2 30lb propane tanks. The camper has auto leveling that can be controlled from a phone app. The phone app also controls the slides, lights, and awnings.

Everything works as it should. I am sure I am forgetting something. We purchased an extended warranty that can be transferred. It is good until 2027. We are only selling in order to purchase a motorhome. It has been an excellent camper.
