Used, well cared for 5th wheel with upgraded tankless hot water heater, washer/drier in unit. Also comes with upgraded king sized mattress. The bunk room has been modified into a room with extra storage and a pull out kid-sized bed; we have all the parts to turn it back into the original bunk room if desired. The thin loft mattress in the loft that came with the unit died shortly after purchasing, but we used interlocking foam tiles and camping pads up there which worked great for our family. Comes with wireless back up camera, elemental protection package, the juice pack, rear storage travel rack and two AC units.
