For sale is a 2019 Forest River Rockwood Ultra Lite 2509S Bunkhouse. The camper has been used, but it is in very good condition. The camper has a murphy bed that folds down over the sofa to make a full size bed. The sofa has two built in footrests and side tables. The "U" shape dinette will comfortably seat four, and it will fold to make a double bed. There are two single bunk beds in the back.

The murphy bead has a brand new full size mattress.One of the dinette cushions has a light blue ink stain.The bathroom has a tub/shower with an Oxygenics shower head and foot flush toilet.

The kitchen has a large 8 cubic foot dual power fridge, stainless steel sink, 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave. The water heater is dual electric\gas.

The AC is ducted with a thermostat. The TV is connected to the surround sound. It can be mounted inside or outside.

The exterior has a faucet with hose, exterior shower, power awning, two gas quick connects for cooking or fire pits. The black tank has a built in tank flush.

The tires were replaced with Good Year Endurance trailer tires in late 2021, and they tow much better than the original tires. The jacks have been upgraded to BAL jacks. It has a power tongue jack and dual 30 pound propane tanks.


The bunks in the rear have been modified from double bunks to single bunks to provide more storage with the wire shelf and improve air flow to the bottom bunk. Additionally, the exterior burner and fridge have been removed for additional storage.

The trailer will come with an RV cover and additional supplies (i.e. hoses, pressures regulator, 30 AMP extension cord, etc.). The camper has not been smoked in or had pets in it.
