Like new! Great unit, but decided to go back to a travel trailer. $900 Thule tilt-down hitch cargo box included for additional storage space (we use it for firewood). Very clean, non-smokers, instant-on water heater, comfortable seats, tons of storage, power awning and steps, plus have added additional shelving in cabinets. No dents, scratches or leaks. Tires in good shape, very quiet on the road, and drives great! We get about 13 mpg on the highway.

Also included is a Portfolio One Extended Service Agreement, that can be transfered to the new owner for a $60 fee. It is a 3 year, 40,000 mile plan with a $100 deductibe, and it will cover the unit until 9/16/25 or 47,230 miles. This includes all major items, such as A/C (both dash and roof), aux generator, engine & drivetrain, furnace, fridge, etc. See pictures for more details.
