18 foot travel trailer with slide out. Everything works great including the A/C and heater. 3 burner stove with oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer. Inside is very nice. The outside isn't as pretty with some panels showing bubbling on the outside and the graphics are faded and peeling. Everything is caulked and sealed. The awning has some tears that are repaired and a broken part on one arm but still works perfectly. Looks like a portion of the roof in the back and the shower was replaced before i bought it. Tires have very few miles on them. Frame is in great condition, no rust. Many accessories including septic hose and wheel stops and tv. Water heater is working good. Hot cold faucet on exterior. Has a tank heater for an extended camping season. Not perfect but priced to reflect that.
