Shower and toilet is roomy, comfortable and not cramped .  Bathroom is separate from living quarters by pocket door. Electric heat and water heater. Refrigerator runs on LP or electric . Real leather Jack knife sofa makes into bed with 50 gal fresh water tank and pump under it. Convection microwave and three burner cook top. Dinette also makes into bed. 18 ft awning in very good condition. All new tires this year including spare. Currently has fifth wheel  adapter, can be converted to gooseneck with different adapter.
