This is a brand new unit, it was replaced by Forest River company due to factory defects in the 2022 I purchased. The fifth wheel was brought down from the factory, I inspected it at the dealer and closed it up and it is parked on my land and has never been camped in. This camper was supposed to be lived in while my house was getting built but we are now moving into our house and need to sell the camper. As I stated before this camper has never been used or camped in. Thank you.
