This is a 2018 Keystone Montana High Country HM381TH toy Hauler. It has been a Great Camper.
Reluctantly we are selling this camper as we purchased a new house.
We made 5 trips and acrued just over 4000miles. We tow with a Ford F350 Diesel. Included in this purchase is a Hensley BD3 Trailer Saver Double Air Bag with dual shock absorbers. This is the best 5th Wheel Hitch Made period. Expensive, but in our experience mitagates the chucking issues. It makes for a very comfortable tow especially for long trips. Our longest was 860 miles.
We have used this in high 90 deg temps as well as freezing temps. I did add a RV Airflow Systems device that improves the efficiency of the rear AC unit. Eliminates the need for a 3rd AC unit in area temps in the 90's. The furnace is great and also has a ceramic fireplace for very low temps.
This camper is also set up for a Generator if you desire. The shower is large and comfortable.
I will also include all the Black and Gray water hoses and couplings, Input 120v Surge Suppressor etc.
Full disclosure, this camper has a very small crack in the Gen. Set door under the overhang. It is superficial and does not compromise the inside enclosure. The truck tailgate released and in a sharp turn hit the cover. Ford Recall! There is a small scratch on a stripe decal.
The Garage area is a great extra storage area that does not take away from the internal space. I used it for my motorcycle and storage for long trips.
This unit is considered a Toy Hauler and was $83,393 when new in 2018
