We are the only owners, bought new in 2015.

12'x12' Screen room that attaches to the door.
The screen room has flaps that can roll down and provide privacy.
One of the connecting poles has broken, potential fix is in the camper but we haven't tested. Can still buy the poles.

Camper weighs in the 1200 - 1250 lb range depending on water and other gear. We have been towing with our 2015 Subaru Forester with an average of 18-20 MPG. We have traveled all over the western United States and camped out in the snow.

Sleeps comfortably 2 adults and two dogs. One of us is 6'2" and the other 5'1". Never had issues with comfort.

There are some small scratches on the right wheel fender from rubbing on the concrete in our garage. There are couple small indentions in the rear door. Other than that the camper is in good condition on the exterior and in excellent condition on the interior.

We have title in hand. This is a wonderful camper and served us really well. We have loved it very much and hope to find someone to enjoy it as much as we did. It's in great condition and will serve you well.
