This is a well cared for recently (last month updated) toy hauler. Replaced flooring when i repaired a subfloor from a faucet leak. Installed luxury vinyl after removing carpet and linoleum from living room and bath. Replaced wall surround in shower. Replaced shower with residential delta set. Garage is 12' deep and 6'1" tall with beds retracted. It is better to get the bad out here. I am not replacing the awning. It is weathered and needing replaced. There are some bumps and imperfectio s that are pictured. The kitchen slide motor is lagging runs a bit slow and sometimes needs a nudge to get her started. Easily replaced from under the camper. You will need your own fifthwheel attachment to haul. As I purchased a new one and keeping the one I have. It is a pretty big unit but pulls surprisingly well. It has a 50 kw onan generator as well as a fueling starion for your gas powered toys you haul.
