Selling our 2019 Jayco Pinnacle Luxury 38 REFS. We are the original owners and absolutely LOVE this LIKE NEW 5th wheel but just don't take her on the road much. It's great for anyone who wants to travel more full time as this has all the comforts of home. Sleeps up to 4 more people but would be tight. The couches convert to beds aren't the most comfortable but sleep is sleep. We've used air mattresses on the floor on the living area as there is plenty of room.

Purchased new at Apache Village RV in Hazelwood, Missouri. Exterior Travel Length: 41'9", Width. 8.5 ft. (102 in.) Height 13.4 ft. (160.75 in.) is what some specs list but we've always used 13'6" for the height. Interior Height. 9 ft. (108 in.).

Generator Ready: We never planned on dry camping so didn't get a generator installed however, it has the factory wiring.
Interior descriptions - Queen bed (upgraded mattress.) Opted for queen bed -- better walking space on either side of the bed - TV in bedroom - great closet space - underbed storage - 4 drawer dresser - washer/dryer hook ups - Great Shower and bathroom area - in-unit vacuum w/ automatic catcher. Just sweep towards the little door at the bottom of stairs, open the cover w/ your feet and it starts sucking up debis. Also have an in-unit vacuum but it's a bit cumbersome for me so you'd probably be happier w/ a rechargeable stick vacuum. Residential refrigerator - Convection Microwave - 2 or 4 seat table w/ storage in table and chairs - 1 x ceiling fan and 2 exhaust fans - storage ottoman - love seat recliners w/ heat and vibration - TV goes down into cabinet when you'd rather have the nice views out the back window - fireplace w/ heat for cooler nights - great lighting throughout - 16' awning (electronic) - TV outside unit - built in radio system w/ outside speakers.
Other things included: - BackUp Camera installed (Furrion w/sound) - B&W Trailer Hitch (Model 3670) 20,000lb trailer weight/5,000lb tongue weight will be included (we'll take it out of truck) - a $2500 value! - Wasp screens - Drain hoses for tanks (w/ a ramp) and water hoses/filter included - 2 yr old RV Armor Roof - Tire Shield (good until 2026). - Also comes w/ outside mount gas grill we never even took out of the box!
R/V has been stored indoors most of its life.
We pull w/ our 2014 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel easily.
