It is a two axle RV with a 52 gal. fresh water tank, a 78 gal grey tank and a 39 gal black tank. It comes with two propane tanks totaling 40 lbs. This model has two doors. One entry in the rear by the kitchen and the second in the front by the bedroom. Large pass through storage unit for equipment in the front under the bedroom area. Comes equipped with a power awning which extends over both doors. New battery in March 2023 and new Goodyear tires replaced in June 2023. Bearings were also checked and repacked at the time of the new tires. Comes with an exterior cover for off season protection and storage. Will be selling with all hoses and other accessories to make this ready for camping.

It has one slide and sleeps four. There is a queen bed in the front and has a rear kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. Refrigeration is 6 cu. ft and runs on both electric and propane. The A/C is 15,000 BTU's and the furnace is 35,000 BTU's. This model comes with a TV that retracts into a cabinet and has a second TV in the front bedroom. There is also a DVD and radio. There is also a fireplace in the same unit as the retractable TV. The bathroom is next to the queen bedroom and is the full width of the camper. The shower is roomy and has a brand new shower door replaced in March 2023. Lots of storage in the bathroom area, bedroom and kitchen area is a plus.
