Very nice lightly used Redwood Sequoia.Never been out of Arkansas.Two separate senior owners who lived in coach while building their respective homes.In my case 3 months only.Has all the bells and whistles and more.

800 watt solar system that runs all interior utilities with a 3500 watt inverter.EXPANDABLE if desired with more panels.Central vacuum,Fireplace,Corian,Deluxe cabinetry.Two each TVs,huge storage cabinets.Separate shower/bath,auto leveling jacks,Awning -never used!,Samsung home refrigerator,stove was never used ,convection microwave.
This unit is truly lightly used and in great shape.Has the 4 season artic kit with additional insulation for all windows and vents.Comes with a unique and expensive skirting that is very effective in keeping the cold out.It was $2500(see pics)RV comes with all the connections including a heated water hose ,power cable,and front tripod with the newer sewer line.Unit is ready to go.No damage .Only one scratch that my sub contractor did with his shovel,probably will buff out.Only negative is the reclining love seat is doing what they all do--flaking and cracking.The sofa sleeper is perfect as it was never used.Ill credit back for the replacement.
