This RV is perfect for 1 or 2 people (note: the inside height is 6'1"). We bought it new and have had no difficulties in 7 years. It's in excellent condition (no scratches or dents), and has had regular oil changes and tire rotations. It's a breeze to drive because you CAN see out the back window. It's small enough to park anywhere, including your own driveway. It's relatively economical for an RV, averaging 15.2 miles per gallon. We recently bought 4 new tires with a tire pressure monitoring system. This RV comes with all the comforts you'd expect in a small package: Onan generator, A/C, heat pump, propane furnace, propane stove, hot water heater, fridge, microwave, TV, DVD player. The bathroom is small, but includes a tiny sink, toilet and shower. There is a thermostatically controlled and very effective roof fan (we seldom used the A/C). There are two table placement options (one at the rear, one at the front). The two front seats swivel 180°. The bathroom has an electric ceiling fan, a light, and a mirror. The fan has a handle which you push up to open it to the outside. The back of the bathroom door has a towel bar and TP holder. The lip on the floor bows out to give the shower more space. Outside: awning, shower hookup, cable hookup, built in propane tank.
