We have had this fifth wheel about six years, it was an upgrade from a 25 ft Thor Jazz fifth wheel which we also had about six years. We just took a 3 plus week trip to San Antonio TX with our Montana in March, we had a blast it was a great trip. We managed to clip a tree branch on the corner of the roof that bent the underlying radius trim, which required complete rubber roof replacement when we got home. So it has a brand new PVC (not rubber) roof done by Hawk Engineering near Jackson, MO. Along with the roof we had them install a new skylight for the bathroom, new remote control (quiet) vent fan (now it has one in the bathroom and one in the living room), a new King amplified TV antenna that does not need to be raised and lowered, and all new plumbing vents. The roof is beautiful and requires no treatment except for cleaning with soap & water. It has front & rear gel coat caps, and is a four-season camper. Snap vinyl flooring, custom wood stairs to the bedroom, RV king (72 X 80) bed with cedar lined storage underneath. It has a flat screenTV in the bedroom and a new smart TV in the living room with surround sound. It has fully automatic hydraulic leveling, six jacks, meaning no leveling blocks or stabilizer jacks needed. 3500# rear 2" receiver hitch (350# tongue weight), shower with tub surround, fireplace, 2 recliners, central vacuum, LP stove and oven, microwave w/ built in range hood, 13 gallon water heater LP or 120VAC, two 40-gal gray tanks. Wheel bearings have just been repacked with new seals, brakes cleaned & checked, new ST235/85R16 tires with 4400# rating replaced in March this year. This rig is ready for travel. It has been stored inside since we've had it when not traveling. We are selling only because our recent retirement travel plans have caused us to opt for a motorhome. This was after doing all the upgrades.
