The front stabilizers have been replaced by two manual leveling jacks. New fridge is 120V ONLY, no propane. If you're looking to negotiate the price, I can remove the bed and/or fridge for 1k off. I bought this unit for my mother and she used it to live in my driveway for 18 months before moving to Alaska, which was a few months ago now. We took it to the river for a few weeks last summer -- the only time it was really used. Hooked it up and moved it June 8th, 2023.
