The unit is in very good condition,everything works perfectly ( was tested 2 days ago) ,tires are in excellent condition,clean title, it is stored in private open storage area in Lewisberry,PA but we have a generator on site so everything could be tested for a potential buyer ,we have a video of it provided upon request, ramp is 55,5 ,garage 84x93, we are leaving this coming Wednesday for a month with our second trailer that we bought,so early bird gets the best deal ,thanks
