Very nice Monaco 30 ppd, on a scale of 1 to 10, it is a strong 8, at 30.5 ft long it has comfort, space & storage without having to maneuver a bus, 9.5 miles per gal. of gas @ 62 mph, new brake pads front & rear, tires good cond., fiberglass roof, aluminum sides, slide awnings, power drivers seat, power mirrors, generator, leveling jacks, 10 gal. water heater, ducted roof a/c, ducted floor propane furnace, stove, microwave, frig., lots of storage inside & out, it is titled as a 2005 Monaco Coach and a 2004 Workhorse chasis.
The pictures posted were taken in July 2023, NOT 10 years ago or from a brochure like some people post, what you see
is what you get, pictures can be deceiving but this coach actually looks as good as the pictures.
